September 20, 2025: D'Hanis, TX 78850 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats (New Braunfels, TX) and the host D'Hanis Cowboys (D'Hanis, TX), witnessed New Braunfels Christian Academy's football squad knock off D'Hanis by a tally of 29-7.
The Wildcats (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX). The Knights enter the TAPPS Division III District 3 contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross gained a win over Weimar (Weimar, TX), 38-16, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Cowboys battle the Brackett Tigers (Brackettville, TX) in a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 contest, on Saturday, September 27. D'Hanis will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Falls City (Falls City, TX).
