Georgia High School Volleyball - Wesleyan tips Mount Vernon

September 23, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30328

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Wesleyan Wolves volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Mount Vernon Mustangs.

The Wolves (17-9) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Francis (Alpharetta, GA). The Knights enter the 1A Area 5 challenge with a 8-15 record. In their last test, St. Francis nudged South Paulding (Douglasville, GA), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now have a 17-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Savannah Christian for a non-league game on Friday, September 26. Mount Vernon will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league win over McIntosh County Academy (Darien, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 22-5.
