Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC), 4-3 in a league test.

With the triumph, Pisgah advances its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bears host East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a Mountain Eight 4A/5A test on Monday, September 29. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-9. East Henderson lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Brevard (Brevard, NC)

Next up, the Mountaineers play the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) in a Mountain Eight 4A/5A outing, on Monday, September 29. Tuscola will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
