The Meigs Marauders (Pomeroy, OH) volleyball held off the host Vinton County Vikings (McArthur, OH), 3-2 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Marauders now possess a 6-10 record. They play next when they host Federal Hocking for a non-league bout on Monday, September 29. Meigs will clash with a Lancers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Chesapeake (Chesapeake, OH). The Lancers record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Vinton County drops to 8-9 on the campaign. The Vikings host Nelsonville-York (Nelsonville, OH) to clash with the Buckeyes in a Tri-Valley - Ohio bout on Thursday, September 25.
