Sandhills/Thedford Knights (Dunning, NE) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Maxwell Wildcats (Maxwell, NE), 52-28 in a league battle.

With the win, Sandhills/Thedford advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Knights host Brady (Brady, NE) to confront the Eagles in a D2 District 9 (8 Man) match on Thursday, October 2. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 2-3. Brady won 40-8 in their recent league match against Bayard (Bayard, NE)
