With the win, Islands improves its record to 17-9 on the season. The Sharks host Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Wolverines enter the contest with a record of 10-10. Woodville-Tompkins won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Groves (Garden City, GA)

Next, the Panthers meet the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets (Brooklet, GA) in a 3A Area 3 contest, on Thursday, September 25. Liberty County will attempt to move on its 14-13 season record.
