The Delta Saints football team (Clarksburg, CA), was crushed 44-0 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA)

With the win, Mira Loma advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Matadors travel to San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA) to battle the Spartans in a Sacramento Metropolitan Athletic League contest on Thursday, October 2. The Spartans enter the contest with a record of 1-3. San Juan lost 52-0 in their recent non-league contest against Vacaville Christian (Vacaville, CA)

Coming up next, the Saints battle the West Campus Warriors (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 2. Delta will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 40-0 non-league loss to Swett (Crockett, CA).
