The Fillmore Central Panthers football squad scored 35 points and limited the visiting Superior Wildcats to 31 in the Panthers league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Panthers face the Wood River Eagles (Wood River, NE) in a C2 District 5 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Fillmore Central will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 26-7 league win over St. Cecilia (Hastings, NE).
