The Valwood Valiants tipped the host St. Andrew's Lions volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's non-league outing.

The Valiants now possess a 15-9 record. They play next when they travel to St. Andrew's for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Valwood will play a Lions team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over The Habersham School (Savannah, GA). The Lions record now stands at 15-10.

With the loss, St. Andrew's drops to 17-11 on the campaign. The Lions host Westminster Schools of Augusta (Augusta, GA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league match on Saturday, September 27.
