Georgia High School Volleyball - Alexander tips Paulding County
September 27, 2022: Dallas, GA 30157 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Alexander Cougars (Douglasville, GA) and the host Paulding County Patriots (Dallas, GA), saw Alexander's volleyball squad nip Paulding County by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Alexander upgrades its record to 15-14 on the year. The Cougars host Mays (Atlanta, GA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 29. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Mays lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Tri-Cities (East Point, GA)
The Patriots now own a 18-13 record. They play next when they travel to Cartersville for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 28. Paulding County will play a Hurricanes squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Cass (White, GA). The Hurricanes record now stands at 23-12.
