Robbinsville Black Knights (Robbinsville, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Swain County Maroon Devils (Bryson City, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Black Knights clash with the Cherokee Braves (Cherokee, NC) in a Big Smoky Mountain 1A match, on Thursday, September 29. Robbinsville will attempt to advance on its 12-4 season record. The Braves come into the match with a 10-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA).

With the loss, Swain County drops to 10-6 on the campaign. The Maroon devils host Andrews (Andrews, NC) to clash with the Wildcats in a Big Smoky Mountain 1A match on Thursday, September 29.
