September 27, 2023: Roswell, NM 88201 In Wednesday's non-league game, the Carlsbad Cavemen (Carlsbad, NM) football team were victorious over the host Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM), by a score of 15-7.
The Cavemen (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats come into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Clovis knocked off Artesia (Artesia, NM), 46-34, in a non-league game.
The Rockets now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clovis for a non-league game on Wednesday, October 11.
