With the win, Carlsbad improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cavemen travel to Goddard (Roswell, NM) to confront the Rockets in a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 27. The Rockets go into the outing with a record of 4-0. Goddard won 38-33 in their recent non-league outing against Hobbs (Hobbs, NM)
