September 27, 2023: King, NC 27021 The West Stokes Wildcats soccer team scored 3 points and limited the visiting McMichael Phoenix to 2 in the Wildcats league victory on Wednesday.
Next, the Wildcats face the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 3. West Stokes will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record.
The Phoenix now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Forsyth for a Mid-State 2A contest on Monday, October 2. McMichael will face a Vikings team coming off a 0-0 league Reidsville (Reidsville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 6-4.
