In Saturday's non-league bout, the Twin Loup Wolves (Sargent, NE) volleyball team held off the host Sandhills Valley Mavericks (Stapleton, NE), by a margin of 2-1.

The Wolves now possess a 3-15 record. They play next when they travel to Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 27. Twin Loup will clash with a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Maywood/Hayes Center (Maywood, NE). The record now stands at 5-11.
