September 28, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87114 Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 3-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Piedra Vista moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Panthers host Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to clash with the Storm in a 5A District 1 test on Wednesday, October 2. The Storm come into the test with a record of 7-4. Cleveland won 3-1 in their recent league test against Farmington (Farmington, NM)
The Cougars now sport a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rio Rancho for a 5A District 1 test on Wednesday, October 2. Cibola will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-2 league win over Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM). The Rams record now stands at 10-2.
