Missouri High School Softball - Joplin bounces Neosho
September 28, 2024: Neosho, MO 64850 The Joplin Eagles softball team scored 12 runs and held the host Neosho Wildcats to 1 in the Eagles league win on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Republic for a Class 4 District 12 battle on Tuesday, October 1. Joplin will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Neosho (Neosho, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.
With the loss, Neosho moves to 12-12 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Cassville (Cassville, MO) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 11-9. Cassville won 6-1 in their recent league battle against Nevada (Nevada, MO)
