Iowa High School Volleyball - BCLUW can't hold off Independence
September 30, 2023: Conrad, IA 50621 The BCLUW Comets volleyball team (Conrad, IA), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Independence Mustangs (Independence, IA)
The Mustangs (13-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus (Waterloo, IA). The Sailors come into the non-league challenge with a 10-17 record. In their last challenge, Columbus was edged by Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Comets encounter the North Fayette Hawks (West Union, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. BCLUW will attempt to move on its 19-8 season record.
