Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Panthers battle the Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 5. Western will attempt to advance on its 18-7 season record.

With the loss, Tipton drops to 15-10 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Rossville (Rossville, IN) to battle the Hornets in a non-league match on Monday, October 2. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 13-15. Rossville lost 3-2 in their recent league match against Clinton Prairie (Frankfort, IN)
