September 30, 2024: Middletown, NJ 07748 The Middletown South Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Colts Neck Cougars to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Middletown North for a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 2. Middletown South will play a Lions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Holmdel (Holmdel, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 1-10.
With the loss, Colts Neck drops to 7-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Marlboro (Marlboro, NJ) to play the Mustangs in a Shore A - North outing on Tuesday, October 1.
