The Carolina Forest Panthers volleyball squad (Myrtle Beach, SC), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the host St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC)

With the win, St. James improves its record to 12-9 on the season. The Sharks travel to West Florence (Florence, SC) to meet the Knights in a non-league contest on Wednesday, October 1. The Knights enter the contest with a record of 9-6. West Florence lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC)
