Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Horizon Scorpions (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Parkland Matadors (El Paso, TX), saw Horizon's volleyball squad notch a victory over Parkland by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Horizon improves its record to 10-20 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Hanks (El Paso, TX) to encounter the Knights in a 5A Region I District 2 battle on Friday, October 3. The Knights go into the battle with a record of 8-18. Hanks won 3-1 in their recent league battle against Bel Air (El Paso, TX)

The Matadors now own a 12-18 record. They take the field next when they host Hanks for a 5A Region I District 2 challenge on Tuesday, October 7.
