The South Davidson Wildcats volleyball squad (Denton, NC), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the host South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC)

With the win, South Stokes improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Sauras host Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC) to meet the Bears in a Greater Triad 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, September 9. The Bears enter the contest with a record of 3-6. Chatham Central lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC)

Next, the Wildcats meet the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a Greater Triad 1A/2A contest, on Tuesday, September 9. South Davidson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
