September 5, 2023: Gardiner, ME 04345 The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Gardiner Tigers (Gardiner, ME) and the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), saw Gardiner's volleyball squad beat Cony by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Gardiner upgrades its record to 1-1 on the year. The Tigers host Lake Region (Naples, ME) to play the Lakers in a Class B bout on Wednesday, September 6. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Lake Region won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME)
The Rams now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Greely for a Class B bout on Wednesday, September 6. Cony will play a Rangers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Westbrook (Westbrook, ME). The Rangers record now stands at 1-0.
