September 5, 2025: Port Lavaca, TX 77979 The Victoria West Warriors (Victoria, TX) volleyball overcame the host Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX), 3-1 in Friday's non-league match.
Next up, the Warriors battle the Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX) in a 5A Region III District 22 match, on Tuesday, September 9. Victoria West will attempt to move on its 22-6 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 7-15 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Heights (Houston, TX).
The Sandcrabs (16-8) will now prepare for their match against Goliad (Goliad, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 23-3 record.
