September 5, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76111 Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Castleberry Lions (Fort Worth, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Carter-Riverside advances its record to 9-13 on the season. The Eagles travel to Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Wildcats in a 4A Region I District 8 test on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-5.
The Lions now have a 4-10 record. They play next when they host Lake Worth for a 4A Region I District 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 9.
