In Friday's non-league match, the host Panther Creek Panthers football squad scored a decisive 48-13 triumph over the Carter Cowboys.

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Southwest (Fort Worth, TX). The Raiders come into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Southwest was routed by Wilmer-Hutchins (Dallas, TX), 16-8, in a non-league match.
