Wisconsin High School Soccer - West Bend West nudges Homestead
September 6, 2025: West Bend, WI 53095 Fans at Saturday's league battle between the West Bend West Spartans (West Bend, WI) and the visiting Homestead Highlanders (Mequon, WI), saw West Bend West's soccer squad hold off Homestead by a count of 2-1.
The Spartans (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Plymouth (Plymouth, WI). The Panthers enter the Eastern Valley battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Plymouth was edged by Sheboygan South (Sheboygan, WI), 4-2, in a league battle.
In their next game, the Highlanders meet the Nicolet Knights (Glendale, WI) in a North Shore match, on Tuesday, September 9. Homestead will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 1-0 league loss to Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI).
