Arizona High School Volleyball - Xavier College Prep over Valley Christian

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Xavier College Prep Gators volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Valley Christian Trojans.

The Gators (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Basha (Chandler, AZ). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Basha was defeated by Chaparral (Scottsdale, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Ridge for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Valley Christian will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-2.
