Virginia High School Volleyball - Narrows tips Galax

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) and the host Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA), saw Narrows's volleyball squad nip Galax by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Narrows upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Green Waves host Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA) to play the Fighting Blues in a Pioneer bout on Thursday, September 8. The Fighting Blues go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Maroon Tide now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they host Bland County for a Mountain Empire bout on Thursday, September 8.
