California High School Volleyball - Milpitas can't hold off Fremont

September 7, 2023: Sunnyvale, CA 94087

In Thursday's league battle, the host Fremont Firebirds volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Milpitas Trojans.

The Firebirds (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Presentation (San Jose, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, Presentation was edged by Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Saratoga Falcons (Saratoga, CA) in a Santa Clara Valley - El Camino battle, on Tuesday, September 12. Milpitas will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).
