The Cactus Shadows Falcons edged the host Saguaro Sabercats volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Falcons face the Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 10. Cactus Shadows will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Marauders go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ).

The Sabercats (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Flagstaff nudged Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league game.
