North Carolina High School Volleyball - Foard edged by St. Stephens

September 8, 2022: Hickory, NC 28601

The St. Stephens Indians held off the visiting Foard Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Indians now have a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Iredell for a Western Foothills 3A test on Monday, September 12. St. Stephens will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 6-2.

The Tigers (7-1) will now prepare for their test against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks enter the non-league test with a 9-3 record. In their last test, Marvin Ridge held off Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
