With the win, Albany improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Livermore (Livermore, CA) to encounter the Cowboys in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Cowboys go into the battle with a record of 6-5.
The Spartans now own a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Concord for a non-league contest on Thursday, September 11. Pinole Valley will meet a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Encinal (Alameda, CA). The Bears record now stands at 0-3.
