September 9, 2025: Sistersville, WV 26175 The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Williamstown Yellowjackets (Williamstown, WV) and the host Tyler Knights (Sistersville, WV), witnessed Williamstown's soccer team knock off Tyler by a tally of 4-1.
With the triumph, Williamstown advances its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Notre Dame (Clarksburg, WV) to clash with the Fighting Irish in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Fighting Irish go into the outing with a record of 5-1. Notre Dame won 4-0 in their recent league outing against Philip Barbour (Philippi, WV)
Next up, the Knights play the Trinity Christian Warriors (Morgantown, WV) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 11. Tyler will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV).
