The East Central Hornets volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Judson Rockets to 1 in the Hornets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hornets now have a 18-7 record. They play next when they travel to Steele for a 6A Region IV District 29 outing on Friday, September 12. East Central will play a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over Clemens (Schertz, TX). The Knights record now stands at 19-14.

With the loss, Judson drops to 10-18 on the campaign. The Rockets host Steele (Cibolo, TX) to confront the Knights in a 6A Region IV District 29 game on Tuesday, September 16. The Knights go into the game with a record of 19-14.
