    Mark Albers has been named player of the year. "Mark was a team captain and our team leader. He led us in scoring (19.8) for the 2nd year in a row. Mark holds 2 school records: 3 point shots made in a season(102) and 3 point shots made for a career (261). He led us to a Madison County Tournament title and a Hoosier Heritage Conference title (7 -0). Mark was selected on the all conference HHC team. He was selected to the top 60 senior showcase workout. He was picked to participate in the North/South Indiana All Star Classic. Mark is on the ballot for being an Indiana All Star. Mark is also a leader in the classroom. He has a 4.10 GPA. He is Academic All State. Mark is a great person and player on the basketball court, in the classroom, and in the community. He is the Pendleton Heights Arabians MVP!!!"
