Texas High School Basketball - Medina overwhelmed by Utopia

February 4, 2025: Utopia, TX 78884

In Tuesday's league test, the Utopia Buffaloes (Utopia, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting Medina Bobcats (Medina, TX), by a score of 86-41.

Next, the Buffaloes clash with the Rocksprings Angoras (Rocksprings, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 31 test, on Friday, February 7. Utopia will attempt to improve on its 25-4 season record. The Angoras come into the test with a 10-12 record after their 64-62 league win over D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX).

The Bobcats (8-16) will now prepare for their test against Comstock (Comstock, TX). The Panthers come into the 1A Region IV District 31 test with a 15-12 record. In their last test, Comstock bounced Knippa (Knippa, TX), 54-51, in a league test.
