The Comstock Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Medina Bobcats to 40 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now possess a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Rocksprings for a 1A Region IV District 31 game on Tuesday, February 11. Comstock will confront a Angoras team coming off a 79-59 league loss to Utopia (Utopia, TX). The Angoras record now stands at 10-13.

With the loss, Medina falls to 8-18 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Knippa (Knippa, TX) to confront the Crushers in a 1A Region IV District 31 game on Tuesday, February 11. The Crushers go into the game with a record of 15-15.
