North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC), 46-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Stokes upgrades its record to 23-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Cherokee (Cherokee, NC) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Friday, March 1. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 24-1. Cherokee won 93-25 in their recent non-league bout against Highlands (Highlands, NC)
