Washington, DC High School Basketball - DC International nudges Woodson
February 3, 2025: Washington, DC 20012 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the DC International Dragons (Washington, DC) and the visiting Woodson Warriors (Washington, DC), observed DC International's basketball team edge Woodson by a score of 2-0.
The Dragons (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against BASIS (Washington, DC). The Red Giants come into the PCSAA A challenge with a 3-14 record. In their last challenge, BASIS was tipped by Capital City Public Charter School (Washington, DC), 75-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors encounter the Ron Brown Monarchs (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Woodson will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 51-16 non-league loss to Lackey (Indian Head, MD).
