Washington, DC High School Basketball - DC International holds off Bard

January 1, 2025: Washington, DC 20019

The DC International Dragons basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Bard Falcons to 59 in the Dragons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Dragons now have a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Parkside for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. DC International will confront a Eagles team coming off a 76-70 non-league loss to Avalon (Wheaton, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 5-6.

With the loss, Bard falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Falcons host Weequahic (Newark, NJ) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. The Indians go into the game with a record of 4-2. Weequahic lost 73-38 in their recent non-league game against Arts (Newark, NJ)
