Washington, DC High School Basketball - Eastern triumphant over Woodson
January 22, 2025: Washington, DC 20019 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Eastern Ramblers (Washington, DC) and the host Woodson Warriors (Washington, DC), observed Eastern's basketball team overwhelm Woodson by a margin of 70-40.
The Ramblers (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Bell (Washington, DC). The Griffins come into the DCSAA A challenge with a 3-12 record. In their last challenge, Bell was trounced by School Without Walls (Washington, DC), 47-19, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the McKinley Tech Trainers (Washington, DC) in a DCIAA challenge, on Friday, January 31. Woodson will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Trainers come into the challenge with a 17-4 record after their 84-67 league win over Banneker (Washington, DC).
