The Howe Bulldogs basketball team (Howe, TX), was nudged 44-42 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Ferris Yellowjackets (Ferris, TX)

The Yellowjackets now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gainesville for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Ferris will battle a Leopards team coming off a 63-53 non-league loss to Gunter (Gunter, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 4-1.
