January 10, 2024: Burlington, WA 98233 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA) and the visiting Ferndale Golden Eagles (Ferndale, WA), saw Burlington-Edison's basketball squad wallop Ferndale by a tally of 79-48.
With the victory, Burlington-Edison improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Lakewood (Arlington, WA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Lakewood won 63-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Ferndale will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record.
