Michigan High School Football - Walled Lake Northern smashes Walled Lake Central

The Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI) football routed the visiting Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI), 38-3 in Thursday's league bout.

In their next game, the Knights face the South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI) in a Lakes Valley bout, on Friday, September 8. Walled Lake Northern will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 44-7 league loss to Milford (Highland, MI).

The Vikings (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Mott (Waterford, MI). The Corsairs enter the Lakes Valley bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Mott walloped South Lyon (South Lyon, MI), 40-21, in a league bout.
