Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) and the host Alleghany Trojans (Sparta, NC), saw North Stokes's baseball squad knock off Alleghany by a count of 8-1.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 29. North Stokes will attempt to move on its 11-2 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 4-4 record after their 12-2 league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).

The Trojans now possess a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Stokes for a Northwest 1A battle on Thursday, March 30. Alleghany will play a Vikings squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 12-2.
