The Greenbrier West Cavaliers baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Midland Trail Patriots to 3 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Friday.

The Cavaliers (6-9) will now prepare for their match against Nicholas County (Summersville, WV). The Grizzlies go into the non-league match with a 16-4 record. In their last match, Nicholas County gained a win over PikeView (Princeton, WV), 11-3, in a league match.

The Patriots (6-12) will now prepare for their match against Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 10-8 record.
