Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) and the visiting Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN), saw Andover's basketball squad hold off Anoka by a tally of 56-53.

With the victory, Andover improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN) to confront the Crimson in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Crimson come into the challenge with a record of 6-4.

Next up, the Tornadoes confront the Elk River Elks (Elk River, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Anoka will attempt to improve on its 9-2 season record.
