The Anoka Tornadoes basketball team (Anoka, MN), dropped 72-61 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN)

The Cougars now possess a 15-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blaine for a AAAA Section 7 battle on Friday, February 17. Centennial will battle a Bengals team coming off a 68-48 non-league win over Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN). The Bengals record now stands at 10-11.

The Tornadoes (14-8) will now prepare for their battle against Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Royals come into the non-league battle with a 14-6 record. In their last battle, Rogers beat Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN), 74-51, in a non-league battle.
